& FULL CALIBRATION GUIDE
1. KEYBOARD
1) ON/OFF:
turns the scale On or Off
2) MODE:
for switching the weighing units of measure from KG to LB
3) TARE:
for taring or “Zeroing” the scale
2. SPECIFICATIONS
1) Capacity: 120kg
/ 265lb
2) Division Value: 0.1kg
/ 0.2lb
3) Weighing units: kg and lb
4) Weighing units: The scale will keep the
same unit as the last one used when the scale was turned off
5) Auto Turn Off :
There is an auto-off function but it is not turned on by default. If you wish
to turn on the auto off feature please follow the directions below.
The auto-off function may not turned on
when using the adaptor power.
6) Power Requirements: 4X1.5V AA batteries,
or adaptor power
7) Working electrical current: <5mA,
<10uA when turned off
8) Operation Temperature: 20℃±15℃
9) Weighing tolerance: : <±(1% + 1D)
3. FUNCTION
1) ON / OFF: Be sure the power is connected
to the scale (or batteries are properly installed). Press the ON/OFF key to
turn the scale ON. The display will
briefly show all segments of the display “88888”, then
it will go to 0.0.
2) Zero tracking: This scale has an auto
zero tracking function.
3) AUTO LOCK (default mode): set AUTO LOCK after the readings
stabilize. The lock icon will be lighted
and the readings will be unlocked in 6 seconds. After the readings remain
stable, the readings will be locked with a lighted “lock icon”.(The readings will be immediately unlocked
when the variation of the weighing value exceeds ±20d.)
4) STABILITY INDICATION: As noted above the
scale has an indicator to note when the readings are stable or “locked”.
5) TARING: When the readings stabilize,
press the TARE button and the scale will show ‘0.0’. The TARE function can be
used repeatedly. Negative figures will be displayed if the tared
weight on the tray is removed(counter
weighing). You can remove this negative value by
pressing the TARE key again..
6) MODES: Press the MODE key to change the
weighing mode from KG to LB or from LB to KG.
7) LOW VOLTAGE ALARM: If the scale detects
low battery or power voltage the battery symbol will appear on the display
8) OVERLOAD INDICATION: Display will show
“EEEEE” if the weight exceeds the capacity of the scale. Note that overload may damage the scale and
void your warranty. Please do not ever overload this scale.
9) OFF: Press the ON/OFF key to turn the
scale off or auto-off.
This scale has an optional auto-off feature. By default the auto-off feature is not turned
on. If you want to turn on the auto off feature please follow these
instructions below:
1. Place the scale on a flat, stable
surface.
2. First press and hold the TARE button,
then press and release the ON button (but keep the TARE button depressed). After about 3 seconds all segments of the
display will turn on and you are in programming mode.
3. The first group of program values will
show on the display (305F0). If you wish to adjust the auto-off time, press the
TARE key once (the 0 will start flashing), now press the mode key several times
to change the “0” to a “9”. This sets the auto-off time to 5 minutes. The
entire program value should now show as “395F0”. Note that the TARE key shifts the blinking
digit and the MODE key increases the value of the blinking digit.
4. Press the ON/OFF button 5 times, “- - 0 -
-“ will show on the display temporarily and then the
scale will show a random number .
5. Gently load 40kg standard weight; the
displayed inner code increases accordingly and stabilizes later;
Press the “OFF” key again,”C 4 0 0” will be shown at the position of 40kg inner code (20kg
for the Jship 130) ,the value of
the inner code will be displayed several seconds later.
6. Add 80kg standard weight; the displayed
inner code increases accordingly and
stabilizes
later;
Press the “OFF” key again,”C 8 0 0” will be shown at the position of 80kg inner code (40kg
for the Jship 130),the value of the
inner code will be displayed several seconds later.
7. Add 120kg standard weight; the displayed
inner code increases accordingly
and
stabilizes later;
Press the “OFF” key again,”C 1 2 0 0” will be shown at the position of 120kg (60kg for
the Jship 130) inner code, “PASS’”will
be displayed several seconds later and the scale will turn itself
off, meaning the completion of the calibration.
8. Remove the power from the scale to turn
it off (unplug the power and/or remove
the
batteries)
9. Programming is complete, re-power the scale and it will now be
set to your preferred auto-off time.

OVERLOAD INDICATION:
Display will show “EEEEE”
EXCEED THE RANGE: Display will show “------” and turn off
automatically
EXCEED THE TIME(20S): Display will show UNST
LOW VOLTAGE (under
5.0v): Display will show the battery indicator
